Fifty Percent Grey by Ruairi Robinson, listed in Laboratory101’s 20 of the most amazing short animations you need to see before you die. I haven’t watched them all but, going by the ones I have seen, it’s a fairly worthy list. I’m sure I could dig up a few more that are worthy of mention but you’ll say that about any list. Maybe someday Building A House will be fondly remembered in this way.

Continuing my, possibly, quite unsavoury fascination with self-portraits I give you Light by Argentinian Flickrette Bettina Abruzzese - who so positively eats up the lense that I could’ve taken all day deciding which image to use.

Spotted this interview with a couple of the Sultans Of Ping on Blogorrah and, out of curiousity, I had to see if there was any of their stuff on Youtube. There was. This one, recorded live at the Mean Fiddler, was a tribute to Nigel Clough and is one of my favourite songs of all time.
