Bills, bills and more bills, as much as he'd have liked to Frank just didn't get women.

It might be a little more obvious if there was a comma before "Frank" (Frank can also be a verb associated with mail)!

Yup...I've done that several times to many people. Bringing bills and more bills...

Of course to some I also bring those nice monthly checks too...

Funny, but difficult to read.

I'm no grammar dork, but I think it'd make more sense if it said:

"Bills, bills and more bills. As much as he'd have liked to, Frank just didn't get women."

:)

You could be right. I don't think there was anything wrong with the original grammar-wise but your version might be easier to get your head round.
