Election Outcome – reasons to be cheerful.

June 23rd, 2007 by Frank

Only spotted this now – a quote from Sarah Carey on why she is cheerful despite Fianna Fail being back in government

So why am I cheerful? Because I’ve decided to stop feeling guilty about the children’s allowance bonanza and the SSIA windfall. I used to look at that money and think – I don’t deserve this – poor people should have this. But the poor people don’t want it! So I’m going to enjoy it. Cheers!

Hmmm… Maybe there aint enough poor people to swing the vote. Or maybe our education system is not good enough and they don’t realise how poor they are and/or what to do about it!?!

One thing is for sure the rest of us don’t care about them!

    Reason to be Cheerful #2
When (not if) the economy goes bust it will be the Me Fein party in government and they can take the blame for it!
