October 12th, 2007 by EmmetThis film looks worth a look, though I’ve skimmed the Cork Film festival catalog and it doesn’t seem to be on.
Anyway… there seem to be a couple of clips on youtube, and the website has some additional ones. It must have been made a good while ago, as ‘Superman’ in one clip is talking about Christopher Reeves still being alive. Check it out.

Hey there! The film was shot after Reeve passed away. Chris Dennis was reflecting upon his death and the impact it had on him.

Wow. I wondered if this was a mockumentary for a minute, but it looks pretty real… bit weird… still, whatever you’re into I guess… when you look at it, how much weirder is it than any kind of acting I suppose.

Confessions of a Superhero finally debuts on DVD next Tuesday, Jan 22, but you can preorder online via our website at http://www.therealsuperhero.com
If you are a netflix subscriber we have a link to add it to your queue or you can buy it. It is also available at many local retailers for rental or purchase.
While many of you have seen the film, there are over 2 hours of bonus features including a commentary by our lead character Christopher “Superman” Dennis. So please buy or atleast rent.
