Joyball not coming soon to a TV near you.
June 29th, 2007 by FrankStumbled on this one thanks to Lorcy’s comment on the Clamnut’s blog. it’s from a rejected pilot for an RTE comedy sketch show. Ok, I can see why it was rejected because to be honest it doesn’t quite cut it. But at the same time I felt at least it was trying!
It reminds me a bit too much though of a sketch that, i think it was Bif showed me… but I can’t remember what it was… a British sketch about a couple who’s child is missing, only the British one was funnier.
UPDATE: Bif let me know this was what I was thinking of. Watch it after the above!
For humour go to see this (If you’re in Cork, Ireland).

Jam. By Chris Morris. And that does look like a bit of a rip-off, except it’s much tamer. Probably got a lot more in common with BBC3’s Manstrokewoman. Similar Jam influence. Similarly hit and miss.

cheers for mention man, yeah remember the jam sketch too, thought green wing stole a lot of techniques from jam too. Jam is amazing but can only be wtahed in small does months apart to prevent brain breakdown.
