Very glossy, but look’s like it will be entertaining none the less. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Scorsese talk before …. it’s like watching Tony Soprano and Woody Allen’s love child !

    Ha, ha! Very true!

He’s acted in a few films so I find that people have seen him but don’t know who he is. He’s had a few uncredited cameo parts in some of his own films and he played an actual character in Quiz Show. I seem to remember him playing himself in a film I saw too but can’t find out what that is right now.

Looks like the film will be worth a watch alright.

Alright, Eo! Can’t access the clip you have up from work: is it the documentary about this tour thingy?
Good luck with the auditions too!!
(he played himself in The Muse, terrible filem with Albert Brooks and Shazza Stone;)

It seems to be a documentary about one concert in particular. There are clips of the preparations for the concert and the filming of the concert in the trailer too, so it’s a bit of a strange documentary. Scorsese directing a documentary about himself preparing to film a Rolling Stones concert seems a little self indulgent. At least they don’t seem to have edited out all the stress filled moments though.

Didn’t see The Muse so he must have played himself in something else too. I seem to remember it was a comedy. Don’t remember if it was actually funny or not!

    Thanks. Auditions should be fun.
