Emmet Scanlon & What the Good Thought are a Galway based Irish music act, and I got an email from Emmet to let me know about his new music video. I met him after seeing him play a solo support slot at a gig once and gave him my email address because I liked his set.

He keeps me up to date from time to time with updates on what he’s up to, with emails that have personal touches, not just bland generic sounding mass emails. This guy knows a bit about marketing himself online. Except I really wish the music player on his site wouldn’t play automatically!
