Joe Dolan, great voice.
December 27th, 2007 by FrankSometims people are a little incredulous when I tell them I saw Joe Dolan play in Cobh around the time he released “Joe’s 90’s”, but I did and it was a fantastic gig, I was sorry to hear he had passed away over Christmas.

I saw him too maybe two years ago in the NEC Killarney-great gig. He was some entertainer alright with buckets of charisma and really brought the crowd together. His eyes caught mine over the crowd for an instant and seemed to say, ‘this is showbusiness, this is life and it’s great.’ A lot of people will be saddend by this sad news I’m sure.
