Damien had a Tricky video in a post recently, and it brought back a load of memories, I loved that Maxinquaye album when it came out. Weirdly, I never went on to pick up any of his other stuff. But I intend to now. Maxinquaye seems to have aged really well. Anyway, this Tricky nostalgia led me to this great Kylie Minogue cover – no video unfortunately:

Oh and while I’m here, Martina Topley Bird was the girl who sang with Tricky on Maxinquaye, and here she is featured on the Leila album. I thought the voice sounded familiar. Again, no video:
