The other day I saw a large gathering of pro-Israeli Jews holding a demonstration in Union square. I was so angry with what they were gabbering on about that I shouted ‘Long live Hizbollah” into the crowd.
2 days later I’ve got bruised ribs and a court appearance for making anti-semetic remarks!
The man with the heart in his hand is neither a rabbi nor God. He is a dressed in the typical costume of a Tudor/Elizabethean gentleman, or lord. The building in the background is also in the Tudor style, dating it from around 1540-1620.
Insightful but inaccurate. The flourishes in the balustrade and the palid edifice would seem to indicate this buildings origins to the 1630’s, during the reign of Charles I (1625-1649. However this is not the Tudor period.
Elizebeth was indeed a Tudor monarch, but the Tudor period refers to the historical period 1485-1558 which preceded her reign. Her own reign is known as the Elizebethan Age (1558-1603). It was followed by the Jacobean Era (1603-1625).
I think you also find upon closer inspection that the gentlemans costume is both unconventional and extremely gay. Thank you for reading my work.
