This is one of the BifSniff cartoons, a weekly cartoon that ran online from June 2004 to February 2007.
The cartoons were written by Brendan O'Connell and drawn by Frank Prendergast (with the occasional guest artist).

Well, Frank and myself have been doing this for about two months now and traffic has been steady enough, though not spectacular. We’ve added a shop through cafepress and a way to subscribe through bloglet. We’d love to hear any feedback about how these work out for people. We’d also be happy to hear back from people about the cartoons and how they think we can improve the site. It was also pointed out to me last weekend that since none of our friends actually have any other friends, then we should really be looking a little further afield to promote the site. So if you’ve just happened upon us and you like it do pass it on.
